At Luxx Alchemy we’re just as excited as you are for your new scent to arrive. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

✈️ Shipping Timeframes

Australia (Domestic Orders)

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–8 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times.

International Orders

At this stage, international shipping is currently unavailable — however, we’re working on expanding this in the future, so stay tuned.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

A flat rate of $9.95 applies to all orders under $99.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $99.

📦 Packaging & Handling

Every order is carefully packed in our signature Luxx Alchemy packaging, designed to protect your perfume while delivering a premium unboxing experience.

🚚 Delivery Delays & Issues

While we partner with trusted delivery carriers, occasional delays may occur, particularly during peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays.

📬 Lost, Stolen or Missing Parcels

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and delivery confirmation has been provided, Luxx Alchemy is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing parcels.

We strongly recommend customers ensure their shipping address is correct and that parcels can be safely received at the delivery location.

For additional peace of mind, we offer a Signature on Delivery upgrade at checkout. This service helps ensure your parcel is delivered directly to the recipient and not left unattended.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or misdelivered, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbours
  • Checking any safe drop locations around the property
  • Contacting the delivery carrier directly
  • Lodging a police report if theft is suspected

We will always do our best to assist customers in raising delivery enquiries with the shipping carrier where possible.
