How It Works

Orders placed with local pickup can be collected from our warehouse, located inside the Clik Collective building in Melbourne.

Location- 40 Robbs Road, West Footscray VIC 3006

Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM Pickups are not available on weekends or public holidays.

What to bring:

• Your name
• A valid photo ID
• Your order number (email confirmation or screenshot)

On arrival: Head to the reception desk at Clik Collective upon arrival — do not proceed directly into the warehouse. The reception team will verify your details and direct you to the Luxx Alchemy pickup point from there.

A few things to note:

• Please ensure your order is ready before making the trip — you'll receive a confirmation email once it's available for collection.
• Orders must be collected by the person who placed the order unless prior arrangements have been made with our team.
• If you're unable to collect within your expected timeframe, please contact us at [email] so we can hold your order.
• Uncollected orders after [X] days may be returned to stock and refunded.
