Scent Satisfaction Guarantee

Most customers find their perfect scent on the first try but if you don't, we've got you covered.

At Luxx Alchemy, we want you to truly love your fragrance. We understand that choosing a scent online is personal, which is why we offer our Scent Satisfaction Guarantee to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. If your fragrance is not the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Our Promise to You

Every Luxx Alchemy fragrance is crafted using high-quality ingredients with a 30% extrait concentration, designed for strong performance, projection, and longevity. As with all fragrances, scent perception can vary from person to person and may develop differently depending on skin chemistry. Our goal is always the same: helping you discover a fragrance you truly love.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• The fragrance must be returned in its original packaging, including the bottle, box, and any included inserts
• The bottle must be at least 90% full (no more than 10% used or a few sprays)
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or returned in unsellable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

• Only one exchange is permitted per order
• The returned item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your replacement fragrance will be shipped

Returns & Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using Australia Post or another trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as Luxx Alchemy cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please contact our support team at hello@luxxalchemy.com. Please include your order number and the fragrance you wish to return or exchange. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Fragrance Testing Guidelines

To ensure fairness for all customers, we recommend testing your fragrance with 1–2 sprays when first trying it. Our Scent Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to allow customers to experience the fragrance, not fully use the product. Returns showing excessive usage beyond reasonable testing may not be eligible for refund or exchange, even if some product remains.

Fair Use of the Guarantee

• The Scent Satisfaction Guarantee applies once per fragrance per customer
• Orders containing multiple fragrances may be limited to one return or exchange per order

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sale Periods & Final Sale Policy

During major promotional events including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, End-of-Season Sales, or any period where products are significantly discounted — all purchases are considered final sale.

During these sale periods, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available under our Scent Satisfaction Guarantee.

This policy allows us to offer our fragrances at significantly reduced prices during promotional events, and as such, the standard 30-Day Scent Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply.

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged or faulty, in which case please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Sale periods are determined at the sole discretion of Luxx Alchemy

Policy Updates

Luxx Alchemy reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above and may update this policy at any time to ensure fair use of our Scent Satisfaction Guarantee.
