If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note the following conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and only slightly used. Perfume that is more than 75% used are not be eligible. 
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using Australia Post or a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• Contact our Customer Service team at hello@luxxalchemy.com with your order details to initiate the return process.Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
  

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
